Can't start the 64 bit client

I can't use the new 64 bit client. My computer has Windows 10 as an operating system.

I have located the 64 bit client and tried to start it from the "eso64" application, but get an error message every time. The error says: "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application."

I'm sorry to ask such stupid questions, but do I need to install some new programs, update something etc? I'm very computer illiterate, and it makes it difficult to know what to do when things don't work out. :/ I have tried to repair from the launcher, but that didn't change anything.

    Install the 64-bit Microsoft VC++ Redistributed package, you probably only have the x86 32-bit client.

    If you get an immediate crash report upon launch, it might well be that your GPU is not fully DX11 compliant.

    If you run DxDiag and create a report, there should be a line like this: "Levels: 11.0,10.1,10.0,9.3,9.2,9.1". If it starts with 10.x that would be the problem. I changed my 7 year old AMD 4850 for GTX750, it was well due time and although not a monster GPU, the difference on my system was hugly positive.
