Missing Motifs

I was scrolling through my "styles" bar when creating armor yesterday and noticed styles called "Ebonheart, Daggerfall..etc.. When I tried to search online, nothing was found regarding these styles?? These are not the racial motifs, but specifically called "Pact" motifs.

I've completed all 3 campaigns for the game, should I have unlocked them? Or am I missing something?

    they're found in dolmens and delves' chests in Cryodiil. They were just added as a motif, but they are the same styles of the armors introduced in Imperial City

    These have been in the game since IC DLC... just not craftable until now OP.
