Returning player [PC / NA / DC] Looking for a guild

So, long story short. Played beta, played release, off and on since then. This game is making a real run at being my permanent MMO home. I just need some other people to play/chat with. Faction is DC because one friend returned and we did Ring of Mara so we're not bouncing around.
What I enjoy in ESO is PvE and RP. So I'd prefer a PvE, RP/Social guild. Size doesn't matter but I tend to prefer smaller guilds where people dont't get lost in the shuffle. I have fond memories of small guilds in other MMOs where everyone knew everyone.
