Does group play increase at level cap?

As I'm leveling up (currently 16), there's barely any group play and I'm rather lonely. Is this game (like most mmos) centered around group play at the level cap? Just want to make sure the whole game isn't this lonely xD

leveling is usually a solo thing. You can get some buddies to run the same missions with you concurrently, but it gets frustrating waiting on them since the game doesn't tackle questing as a group but individuals doing the same thing. You can find a grind partner and then starting grinding to max level, but it's mind numbing. The real group stuff are dungeons, trials, and Cyrodiil.

Even at your level you could be doing dungeons. Have you looked for a guild to join? They may hold group events for you to take part in, or even just find a buddy to quest with! Group dungeons now scale, so feel free to use the group finder to look for a group in the mean time (just let the group run in the background while you quest). Once you hit level 50 a bunch more dungeons will be available to you (veteran dungeons), and once you get farther than that you can try trials or Dragon Star Arena! The new trial that comes with the Thieves Guild DLC actually scaled (so you don't need to be max level) as well it has a normal and a veteran version! So really, you just need to find some folks to do that group content with!
