Inner Light Magicka Bonus Bugged?

I'm hoping this is just a tooltip/UI visual error and not an actual calculation error robbing me of magicka. But what I noticed is when I place Inner Light on both my bars, I gain the magicka bonus. Now if I swap bars, I lose the bonus even though Inner light is still slotted on 2nd bar. And when I go back to my first bar, still my magicka bonus is gone. To get it back, I have to re-equip inner light as an ability on my bar and I gain the bonus back, only to have it disappear again when swapping bars.

Anyone else have this issue? Is it just tooltip/UI issue? Or am I really losing out on the magicka?

I haven't noticed this myself... but I'm interested to see if others are experiencing this.

I am not having this issue. I have it on both bars and swapping weapons does not affect my Magicka pool. So...not sure what to say.

I has this on PTS with my magicka dragonknight if i have inferno ot its morphs on my 2nd bar. Seems like inferno (or maybe some other skill that provides something similar to innerlight) overrides innerlight and by that disabling any effect innerlight provides. Didnt try live server yet, but if your issue is the same, summon some zos to topic

It's bugged with Inferno. When I put Inner Light in my bar, my max magicka increased. Then I put Inferno in an empty slot, my max magicka decreased.

That's got to be it! I have Inferno on the bar as well! So it is a bug! Inner Light and Inferno not playing nice with each other! Who do I summon for bug reports!??
