SLI - Multiple Grafics Cards not being used..

I have 2 grafics cards (GTX 980), and only the first one is being used to a capacity of 46%, the second is only being used for 2%
Anyone else has SLI problems since new patch?
If it works for anyone, can you tell me the user settings setup and the NVIDIA GeForce settings?
