Many Maw of Lorkaj Crashes

While tanking melee adds in Maw I frequently crash to desktop, it's happened 5 times in one run including twice during the second lever pull.

I'm on Xbox one console, and last night our team crashed one by one to the load screen on the final boss. Three people had to reset their router, we lost one teammate and had to replace...he couldn't log back on at all.0
