Premium undaunted Explortation Supplies HELP?

Hey

so me and a friend join together then i hit Random Normal dungeon queue and we wait we then get 2 other members. We finished dungeon & we didn't get the XP or the reward crate. Is this a bug that needs to be fixed or you cant have 2 people together then queue up for random normal dungeon and get the XP and crate because I thought you could and would be able to do that. If anyone can help or shed some light it would be much appreciated thank you.

I just did the random vet and the random normal. I got the XP instantly as soon as the activity showed as complete. Did you have the activity showing as "in progress" below your active quest during the dungeon?

As far as the rewards go, I got mine in the mail almost immediately after completing the dungeon, but as they come in the mail I could understand them getting delayed.

Well we got the activity complete on our screen's but no XP or stuff in mail yup. Also we bother rezoned and re-logged nothing in mail. so i wanted to know that if we group together hit random normal queue and do the run and it says "activity Completed" dont we get the XP and stuff in mail Or is this another bug i guess since DLC released today.

Sounds like it's a bug. The XP doesn't come in the mail - you get it instantly on the death of the last boss. The rewards come in the mail, but if you didn't get the XP you're probably not getting that mail. Make sure to /bug it in-game and include as many details as possible.

K thanks alot UrQuan , was wondering if that was the case and it must be. Cuz i mean we both grouped up cross faction then i Hit random dungeon Queue and we did the run it says activity complete but we got nothing. But i'll do that for sure thanks.
