Crashes and Audio Issues with 64-bit client

The 64-bit client is pretty unstable and a bit glitchy for me so far. It's crashed 3 times today and there are some strange audio issues.

The crashes have happened outside of Cyro so they seem to be unrelated to that particular known issue. The audio issue... I'm hearing some ambient sounds and other effects which sound out of place and louder than everything else.

Windows 10 64 bit
i5 4670k
16gb RAM
GTX 980

Anyone else notice anything similar?

I'm gonna switch back to the 32-bit for now and see how that goes.

The main audio issue that I've encountered so far using the 64 bit client is that my staves aren't playing any sounds when I attack. I haven't tried the 32 bit client.

I've been having similar audio glitches. Also, I'm seeing some horses and pets in bright pinkXD

My 64-bit client is stable, no crashes(PC EU).
    Latency and fps are fine.
Cyrodiil pvp is more stable and with a decent latency.

But there is a constant audio noise.
If I'm opening my inventory or map there is a loud sound.
It is also occurring when my character is standing still, so it can be random.
Furthermore, many objects/creatures/mounts are now pink.

Some videos I recorded for fun: Main character:
PC EU main: Universe - AD magicka Sorcerer, Former Emperor, Grand Overlord, The Merciless, Trial Bosses Solo Champion
Top alts: Genius(stamina/sagicka Dragonknight) The Force(stamina Nightblade) and other chars.
PC NA main: The Magic - AD magicka Sorcerer
Started playing ESO in beta & early access

Your audio issue is the same one I'm experiencing.

Yeah, the audio is odd. Lots of opening & closing door sounds and lots of what sounds like my dog's squeaky toy... In Cyro mainly. Its almost like I'm hearing sound effects of things that are happening elsewhere in the map... And sometimes it makes me jumpy b/c it sounds like a Snipe about to hit me. :)

Definitely lots of pink and missing textures on the video-side.

I've also had a few client crashes in Cyro, usually during a big fight.

Going to try going back to the 32-bit today.

I ran the 32 bit client for the rest of the evening last night and had no issues. These problems do seem to only be happening with the 64 bit client.

I've been having a bunch of audio issues as well on the 64-bit client. Sometimes even random static noises, lol. The other think that is happening is that not all the dialogue I have with NPC's is heard, a lot of times the first dialogue window it seems. Other than that though I haven't had any pink issues so far :P

Getting random static noises and the right sound effects aren't playing with the appropriate sound. I was in the new DLC area and discovered a location. Instead of the Discover sound I got the harvesting an enchantment node sound. When I was on my mount (striped senche) instead of the roar I normally get when hitting sprint I got a male attack grunt sound.

This was using the 64 bit client. I did not notice these issues when I was running the 32 bit.

I also crashed once when attacking an NPC in a delve. The one with the quest where you have to mark the walls.

Same here static noises at random times. Most recent was when I logged out of the game the noise followed me all the way to the log in screen and ended when I quit the game. I was just beginning the Alik'r Desert.

From the time I logged in at 8:20pm CST tonight (Tuesday) until now at 9:05pm CST, using the 64 bit, my game crashed 3 times while in a dungeon. After the third time I switched to the 32 bit and it crashed a 4th time. After that I gave up and logged out.

I too am having all sorts of sound glitches and pink spiders with the 64-bit client. Will go back to using the 32-bit client until they fix these bugs.

First hotfix seemed to fix the audio problems I was having, but today this 2nd one seems to have jacked it up again lol. During conversations random lines of dialogue are missing, and I keep getting random noises, even just straight static. It's quite game breaking, and when I play on the 32-bit client I get WAY LOWER frame rates, which sucks.

Oh, too bad. Well I'll try the 32-bit client tonight and see what happens. My quickie log in today for hireling deliveries seemed ok.

New issue, just discovered in 64bit. During conversation, sometimes NPC voices will mute. They will say one sentence, but not the next. Picking "goodbye" and starting the conversation again doesn't always work.

Yep, and sometime the background music cuts out early, without fade. The whole sound system is a mess.

That is completely random, too. Either that or it's related to the "Voice" dialogue audio slider since messing around with it fixed it for me once, but that might have been me being lucky.

i stopped playing with 64bit client because of the audio and textures problems, and also because i was having a lot of crashes. now i'm back to 32bit client and even not having audio and textures problems i'm still facing a few crashes, not many as i was in 64bit but it's still crashing. i find it weird because in the 2 years before this update i think i only had 2 crashes in the beta version and 1 in the final, and now i already had at least 10 to 12 crashes. since i didn't change anything in my system could this be related to dx11?

The Audio works better on the 32-client. I have a z-blsater sound audio edition, who costs more than a developper earned per hoor and give a *** on it, if the trolls can not handle new stuff, so maybe they should eat more gummibären!

I often encounter randoms cases of "white noise" sound. It's pretty disturbing.
