Have DX11 and other listed requirements/fixes game still will not work after update

Same exact problem as op http://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/251147/crash-on-launch-after-patch/p1 Tried all fixes and suggestions to get the game to work still no luck. Started this new discussion because most of the people posting in that thread started to be dx10 related problems. Looking for people's input like myself that seemingly have all requirements to play, and were playing the game fine yesterday or even earlier today. Sent in a support ticket with report attached earlier today. Starting to think it's not on my end, and giving up hopes of playing tonight.
