NPC hit box interaction thing

@ZOS_GinaBruno So, when interacting with a chest or anything else like that, it seems the NPC hitboxes are back like they were in maybe like 1.4, and you end up talking to them instead. You have to literally stand on top of whatever your trying to interact with and have cursor planted directly on it.
