I have heard he's broken and glitches. But I have also hear many other things like:
I have heard you have to kill all 3 flag bosses on the way to him.
I have heard you have to take out the outside portals in a certain order and do the inner portals a certain way.
Which way is right? Or is he still simply broken.
I have been there hundreds of times and only twice seen him.

catalyst10e✭✭✭✭He is simply broken, and from my understanding the general consensus on it is, it's caused when you start the inner portal spawns, and another faction comes and wipes out the current group."Why settle for just stabbing your foes when you can roast them alive in a gout of arcane fire?"
