eso plus dlc gone

i just bought the eso plus membership for ps4 today and the crowns showed up, i got the 1500. but the dlc's areas say i need to buy them again? this is kinda outrageous.

Are you sure you didn't buy just 1,500 crowns without ESO Plus?

If you did it right, just exit game(close app),give it a minute and try it again.
