Technical GFX issues on Guild of Thieves update patch

Greetings everyone,
I just recently decided to re-try ESO, after almost 2 years of absence. I was starting to enjoy it (mind you, I started new characters) and was considering of getting the ESO Plus for a considerable amount of time. However, the Guild of Thieves update came and it somehow crash-landed me to a rather harsh reality.

In any case, I have not concluded yet as to if I will become ESO plus or not; but as an avid bug-spotter, I have to report a few things of high importance. This includes the GFX of ESO, which is a vital aspect.

Before I move on, I need to state that my system runs on 2xNVIDIA 580GTX, SLI & a 6-Core i7 @ 3.2GHz with 24GB of RAM. Hyperthreading is off, as it limits MMO resources. In addition, I am running Windows 10 with DX11.2 and all drivers are up to date.

Now, with the above in mind, here is what I have experienced:

Before Guild of Thieves update
  • Graphics Cards were working at approximately 52% each. No optimization ever changed that.
  • FPS was stable @ 60 (with Vertical Sync on and all settings to max)
  • In very few cases would the FPS drop down to 48FPS, even in cities.

After Guild of Thieves update
  • In 64bit client, second card is completely disabled, while the other runs @ 32% - FPS = 12 in Auridon, 21 outside. Same settings as before.
  • In 32bit client, both cards run @ 21% - FPS = 17 in Auridon, 24-27 outside. Same settings as before.
  • Dropped settings to absolute low. FPS increased up to 31 outside Auridon.
  • In 64bit client, several gear textures vanished, even from other players. In my case, I had to click on the armor/outfit a few times (and exchange it with others) for the textures to appear properly
  • In 32bit client, my first discussion with an NPC resulted in red flashing artifacts (pixels in formation and isolated) all over the screen

I went through the support page, but the only thing I encountered was a 101 install drivers/directX for dummies. The facts speak differently. One version of the game runs beautifully and the next patch crawls. Therefore I would appreciate some consideration and respect as a user, as I believe many of us would.

In all honesty, I have yet to test the game further after the GFX glitch and the low FPS that eventually gave me a headache. So, if anyone has similar problems or anything further, I'd appreciate a warning!

Thank you! :-)

On GTX 970 in 1920*1080p in same areas where I had locked 60 FPS last few weeks, now I have around 45 FPS. On same settings, using same .exe.
That is a big performance hit and the graphics are the same, not upgraded or anything.
