Brightxdawn✭✭✭Btw I am on PC. I just logged into ESO.com on my macbook using safari and had 0 problems. I bought the crowns so I am at least a bit happier.
But why am I not able to use these sites with chrome or firefox on my PC?0 -

ZOS_JessicaFolsomCommunity ManagerCould you please try the troubleshooting steps that @ZOS_Cori provided in the other thread you created? We checked with our Web team, and they had the same advice (to clear your cache and cookies, and try again.)Hey Bright,
Can you please try clearing your cache and cookies and giving a log in another try? Also let us know if trying another browser helps. Keep in mind that crowns for consoles must be purchased through your console's store and not your game account on our website. We do still want you to be able to access your account however if you are having access issues.

Elsir✭✭✭✭If the $ signs are being added automatically when you manually click a link, and the pages are appearing properly in another browser as you stated, then it sounds like you have an addon or something in Chrome that is trying to manage links you click in some fashion and adding information it shouldn't be. Are you (not clicking the link) able to manually enter https://account.elderscrollsonline.com/store into the address bar of the browser and get to the page correctly or does it still automatically add those $ signs? At this stage, I am focusing my questions around this $ sign issue because they are not part of any official links on the official websites, including the "Account" link at the top of the forums. Vyshan✭✭✭I can't login to my Account either. URLs keep getting $$ added to them, for some reason, in Chrome. In Firefox, the account login page auto-refreshes every 0.25 seconds, so I can't type my login info, either.
If you put a # in the address bar for the account login page, you can watch as the page keeps adding $'s after it, one by one by one.Edited by Vyshan on March 9, 2016 1:51AM0
