DLC BUNDLE PACKS?

In the most recent ESO Live it was hinted in the AuA that there was at least internal discussion about the idea of offering all of the available DLC as a bundle pack for a discounted price. I would just like to know if the current crown sale, with no mention of such a bundle pack is an indication that this will NOT happen. It would be good to get this clarification so I, and perhaps others, who are sitting on their crowns waiting for such a pack can at least have an idea of what has been decided. If you can't difinitively say it won't happen, but can't specify when it might happen, I can live with that.
