If the person you are gap closing gets a min-negate(unable to swap weapons, cast or do anything for a breif second) then its only fair the person using the Gap Closer suffers the same....it was too lopsided the way it was before...if this is the case, good change. Its more like i try to charge someone for 15 seconds and it doesnt do it even once.
I literally spam it for half a minute and nothing happens, this is exactly like templarcharge bug but it happens even more often. This has nothing to do with weapon swap and even if it was... that wouldnt make any sense...
Its like dude i cant swap my weapon so u are not allowed to charge me xD1
