It just strikes me as weird that it would be in the Store on PTS but not live.
I was also sad to discover that the TG outfit/costume you get after the first quest is NOT red like the one Quen wears! I want a red one dammit ZOS!
And now that I have the awesome Pirate costume pack I realize once more just how desperately we NEED TO BE ABLE TO DYE COSTUMES!!!!!

I don't think it was ever all going to be available on TG launch day.
In other news I want - no I really, really need - this outfit. Soon as your tailors can rush it to the store if you please!
It was just meant to be worn by khajiit and not some graceless orc!

✭✭✭✭✭So many npcs wearing recolored versions of existing outfita in this DLC. I hope this means we will be able to dye ours soon.
I expect that outfit to be released in the next couple of weeks at most. I want it badly.
The merchant and banker are not available through the TG quest, only the fence is. They will be put in the Crown Store. I too would like to know when.Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.
Meet my characters:Command: Do the thing.
Zadarri, Khajiit Fist of Thalmor: The thing was done, as commanded.
Durza gra-Maghul, Orc blacksmith: The thing was done perfectly, in the most efficient way.
Tegwen, Bosmer troublemaker: You can't prove I didn't do the thing.
Sings-Many-Songs, Argonian fisher: Sure, I'll do the thing... Eventually. Maybe.
Aerindel, Altmer stormcaller: After extensive research, I've come to the conclusion that doing the thing would be a waste of resources.
Liliel, Dunmer pyromancer: Aerindel said I shouldn't do the thing. Something about "resources".
Gyda Snowcaller, Nord cryomancer: I will find a way to do it that won't waste resources and make Aerindel proud of me.
Beatrice Leoriane, Breton vampire: I persuaded someone else into doing the thing. You are welcome, dear.
Sahima, Redguard performer: Doing the thing sounds awfully unpleasant and really not my problem.
Ellaria Valerius, Imperial priestess: I'll pray to the Eight for the thing to be done, if it is Their will.1 -

✭✭I wish they'd get around to fixing the existing dresses (like ball gown and the other fancy black dress with the hood, and even the frankly awful wedding dress) so that they wouldn't distort your character's body proportions when you wear them.
All this needs to be done before they start adding even more body-distorting items, so that people like me will actually buy them.
ZOS I have loads of Crowns just waiting for some nice social gear - make me want to use them!1 -
