It's not that the textures are missing (as in, not present in the game's files), they just are sometimes not displayed correctly.

    Last time i tried:
1, Logged into game, character was in Azura. Pink walls all around.
2, Queued for Trueflame. After character loaded, walls were not pink(same spot)
3, Queued back to Azura, character loaded, same spot, everything was OK (no pink)

Yes i agree they do not appear missing becuz in most cases they are there. indeed seems not a Bare ZOS DEV problem...
thats why im pretty sure theres more behind it then meets the eye.. And why i think it has something to do with the reasons i pointed out too.

the 64 client does not work like some troll developpers presige them on the top, better play on the old one.
After the patch you will have all problems, so think about a new game, it doesent matter that some developpers here say to you, just dont believe them.
Also with high end systhems, you will have here massive problems, so dont search around your systems, this makes no sense, believe me. Just quit the game and search a nother one.

I was going to start a thread, but just adding that loading ESO64 resulted in much of the same as people are reporting. I'm also getting very odd noise happening. During the Thieves' Guild introduction quest with Quen in Eastmarch (EP), I was getting heavy static sounds, splashing sounds, and odd talking (like Gollum). I basically had to play muted until I made it to Abah's Landing.

Yes, I'm exactly getting these odd sounds effects as well. It's jarring at times.

So I did start using the 64 bit client and immediately noticed problems with the sound (which I've described in the relevant thread) but no problems with the graphics at all for the first few hours.

Then today I suddenly starting seeing loads of them. For me it seems to be mainly player characters faces turning pink and NPCs tops disappearing.

Sometimes doing something that causes the game to re-load them will change it (for example if I talk to an NPC their clothes might reappear, or disappear if they were there before) sometimes the error persists.

    But my poor bosmer...

I mean, sure a dress made of skin, she's a bosmer, they do all kinds of weird things with their defeated enemies (and defeated friends) but it really should be someone else's skin.

I was really hoping the patch would fix this this morning, but there I am in the 64bit with pink things around me in game again. It doesn't seem to have any rhyme or reason to it. The only thing I have noticed is that, If I continue to play once pink/incorrectly rendered things are seen, they and other errors get more frequent over time. More pink, or nudes, or invisibles, and more sound effect weirdness. It's slow, but it definitely gets worse over time. Seems particularly bad if I have an idle timeout and log back in.
Another thing we noticed last night is that it will be different things for my husband vs me. Logged in on our own computers on toons questing together, I had pink livestock, he had invisible torsos/faces. I had random sound effects, he had missing dialogue. When we logged out and came back, it was reversed - I had missing audio and nudes, he had pink trees and all kinds of weird sound effects.

A patch later, not that I dislike pink, but it's not really immersive.

I am standing in Malabal Tor on the 32-bit client and I'm seeing pink elephants. So, either not limited to 64-bit or I am drunk...

After installing the 2.3.6 patch from yesterday (3/14) I loaded up the 64 bit client (which actually has been behaving fairly well for me, only 2 crashes since TG patch), but I went into Alik'r desert to do quests and found missing textures in the johads. It is the quest in which the johads have been polluted and you have to discover the source of the pollution. When my character actually went into each johad to examine the water (greenish in color), the whole water material turned black, and this happened in each johad I examined.
    I did a /bug in-game, but I thought I'd mention it in this thread.

64 bit client : After installing the latest patch my sorcerer was missing boots from Mannimarco costume, which was also happening after the major update. When I logged on my Templar the face was pink.

The most significant pink textures I saw with the latest patch were the lanterns used by some random bandit mobs in a dungeon. There were a few other odds and ends missing, but I don't remember.

I'm still using the 64 bit client though, it's a huge improvement for framerate (30% higher than 32 bit) and overall stability.

So far none of the hotfixes or patches have done a blessed thing to fix the 64 bit client's issues with textures etc...prior to today's hotfix I had plenty of pink (missing) textures. Everytime I log in and play 30-60 minutes I start to see more and more pink items/mobs/etc. and somewhere in that time frame my FPS begins to plummet drastically as well.

On top of that fine mess, today I got the invisible and naked people bug as well (a first for me since the DLC launched). I have repaired the client, have all drivers up to date and can assure you that my computers are in better shaped then 99.99% of the world since it's both my hobby and a former profession of mine.

until the 64 bit client came out, I did not care about some minor graphical bugs, that I have encountered, but come on ZOS, this is really bad, been playing maybe two times for few hours now and pink horses, hair of my char missing, my clothes missing, pants of Quen missing, T-shirt of a launder guy in Marbruk Outlaws refuge missing, ....

this is a bit too much ZOS!!
