bug report - forced dismount

When I have bound armaments (sorc - daedric summoning ability) slotted on one bar and not the other... I'm forced to dismount my horse when I weapon swap to the bar that doesn't have the skill slotted. This occurs whether or not I have the ability toggled. I can't imagine this is intended.
