UPS aren't the main parcel carrier/courier in Europe, which is maybe why it fell flat - comedians know to learn something about their audience before cracking their first joke. (If you ever appear on stage in the UK, Parcelforce are well known here, and using a pun to turn their name into Parcelfarce will get a good reaction, even though it is an old joke)

Hold on, you mean there is another country in the world outside of US and A? No there isnt! Its a well known fact that americans cant identify thier own country on a world map, they just point at the biggest land mass and assume its america. The smaller land mass must be canadia or mexicoia or something.
