Suggestion: Darker nights

As title says, suggestion is making nights darker than they are, optimaly adding some kind of wearable, TOGGABLE ofc, lanterns (attached to belt) or torches(but that would cost u one weapon slot)...

there could also be some adjustments to that like lowered eye sight of guards etc.

this screenshot is from coldharbour, tower Q when rescuing King... i consider it as optimal daaaarkness for cave with no lights, open area would be a little bit lighter, all depending on moon, weather and surroundings

I remember when I heavily modified Skyrim, realistically dark nights, darker caves and better handling of light sources (realistically reach on candles, torches and other light sources). I didn't change the gameplay at all, but I changed the atmosphere and the game became a lot more interesting.

So at least an option to add more atmosphere for those that want it that way, wouldn't mind that.

Maybe someone could make a add-on that would adjust gamma based on time of day, but this wouldn't help those on consoles or affect underground/dark areas.
It would be nice to have a actual twilight and a DARK part of the night.
Can't see a lot of ppl using this type of add-on, cept immersion freaks;) like me
