So i got an engine guardian shoulder last week and today i wanted to farm the helmet. After 3 dungeon runs i didnz even get to see the engine guardian boss. After we completed the harvest room nothing happened and the door wouldnt open for anyone in my group. This is extremely frustrating.

For darkshade cavern you get stuck if you haven't completed quest in the first run (it takes only one such player from group to glitch that dungeon) and try to do next time, you won't be able progress. The solution is for whole group to go out of the dungeon and everyone abandon quest and go back and start it from beginning. That's how we fixed the problem when one of us was with quest already before going inside dungeon because his previous group didn't complete dungeon.

oh ill try that next run. Man these bugs really need to be adressed.

is there a way to tell zos to fix this issue , because it will be very hard to find a group who meets these requirements. They should fix it or these vendors need to sell helmets as well.
