Question about the Infused Weapon Trait.

If you use Infused on a weapon, does it effect the secondary effect's that can be applied to your target?
For instance if i have the infused trait with a shock enchantment. The secondary enchant effect is minor maim for 4 second's. Will this effect be enhanced by the Infused weapon trait? So instead of 10% is will then be 11.7% (increase of 17%, purple quality).
Or does Infused only applie to the damage of the enchant.
