Scroll Reset bug?

I get the scroll back from AD (they were near Fort Roebeck) I decide to run the mnem scroll all the way to dragonclaw instead of glademist since it's taken by AD. I meet some opposition on the way but nothing that slows me down entirely and I'm also a stamina DK so I have a lot of stamina regen when I'm wearing 6 medium 1 heavy.

My question is why on earth near Aleswell gate did the scroll decide to reset back to glademist where AD owns the keep? I don't understand I for sure didn't have the scroll for more than 30mins as I was sprinting almost always with the amount of regen I had from potions and using my igenous shield to regain some stamina (even though 5% is laughly horrible when I'm spending 3.6k magicka).

Guess this is not a glitch but this shouldn't even be a thing in my opinion. I know something was changed with scroll timers two title updates ago but it needs to be when the person first takes the scroll if picked up by another alliance member the timer should reset.

If the AD took it from glade, that's when the timer starts. So the entirety of time when AD had it, got down to Roe, all fighting in between, when you picked it up, and ran back with it all factor in the reset time.

Exceed the time it resets back to last keep it was held at.

Scroll timer starts from when it was taken from the keep. If AD were taking a long time to get it to Roebeck then you'd have picked it up towards the end of it's reset timer and didn't get it put down in time.

No glitch, just time.

Ah that makes sense I was like what just happened but that is stupid it should refresh when another alliance takes it in-order to stop those who hold the scroll after getting it then running it around somewhere in order to farm for AP then if someone dies it'll reset back at the keep it came from (so hope your alliance has it).
