If PvP is your goal, the controller will make it worse, not better.GrimMauKin wrote: »I've played since release on keyboard and mouse and have got on fairly well in PvE and haven't had a problem. However PvP (I've bought IC) is a bit of a shocker and as it tends to happen really quickly and be over so fast (I'm rubbish) I'm starting to find myself fluffing the keys and wondering whether a gamepad would help (now that TESO is gamepad enabled). I've never had a "keyboard is purer" approach to PC gaming and wondered if anyone had successfully retrained themselves to use a gamepad in TESO after a long period with keyboard and mouse.

I was starting to get (still have) some form of elbow tendonitis.

This. If you still suck at PvP while using this, then you know for sure its not because of your hardware.
Yep, made the move as soon as the option came out. After spending 9 hours a day at my desk using a keyboard and mouse, I was having elbow issues from then using mouse for several hours in the evening. Without controller option coming out I would have left the game. Peen playing with a wireless Xbox controller for months and enjoying the game more than before making the move.
There is a little learning curve, and lots of pressing the wrong button at first, but after than I see very little difference. It might not be optimal for Pvp but I would rather have fun playing than worry about being the best at a game.
Hmm compete you say? look at my sigI use a controller while leading raids too.

Gratz to youPerhaps you could do even better with KB/Mouse? Anyway, I just think you get finer control and reaction times with KB/Mouse.
