Destructing items from alts

If I create weapons and armor with character A and then log onto character B and destruct them, will it give me the same inspiration as found/bought weapons?

Found gear offers more inspiration but decon another characters gear whether it is an alt of yours or another player gives the same inspiration, drops just give slightly better inspiration.
