Do you get xp reduction when you are veteran level?

My character is level V8 and if i level in a zone where the characters will be some veterans level lower. Will i get xp reduction from mobs and quests?
Because i am doing cadwells silver/gold but i am already higher than the mobs. And i would like to do the orisinium first but after that my level will be even higher then the mobs of cadwells zones

    No for all loot and EXP purposes you are treated as level 50 I believe

    Not entirely true,

    There are diminishing returns on level of mob..

    If you are VR8 you do not want to grind mobs lower than VR5 and you will start losing experience,
    Yes you will get XP for lower mobs but it will be ALOT less....

    As far as gear is concerned you will get gear levelled to the area you grind,
    not levelled to your level..

    Ohw thats bad than i cant do those zones anymore ;(
