Red circles have been gone for two weeks.

I'm making this post for my friend who is having trouble with red circles and making a forum post.

Going on three weeks now and he hasn't been able to see any red circles in dungeons, Maelstrom or regular adds out in the open. He has sent in 5 tickets and received 2 responses. One saying to use the "Help ---> Get me unstuck" and the other to logout then login. The responses he received made no sense to him because he made it clear in the tickets that the issue has been going on for the past 2 weeks (at that time). He has uninstalled the game 2 times, logout/login and just about everything else and still can't see any red.

Here are two links: one is my friend's POV and the other is my own. As you'll see he has no red circles and I do. (Ignore our bar setups. We only went in there to record those clips)

Have any of you had this issue before? Did you get the issue resolved? Let me know so I can spread the word over to my buddy.

Looks as if your friend has disabled combat clues. I'm not sure how to do that on xbox, but you should find it somewhere in the settings.

Yooooo! It worked. I didn't know we had that setting and apparently my friend didn't either. I'm going to have so much fun making fun of him.

Seriously tec support couldn't figure this out in 5 tickets yet you could in less than 5 min... unbelievable.

I actually had my combat cues randomly turned off as well about the same time.

And had the same problem with dying and not being able to figure it out....

Makes me wonder if its linked somehow.
