An option to bind materials to your account

What do you think about that? I've started to worry recently if someone can hack my account. I don't have much, but I don't want to loose anything when somebody decides to rob me. How about an option to permanently bind items to your account? Especially crafting materials. It would be permanent, so nobody could steal it. I think I would feel better if there was an option to do so. There could also be another option to provide a password before withdrawing a certain amount of gold from your bank, for example everything above 100k would require a separate password. So, what do you think about that?

Change your password every week and don't keep the same password for both your email and ESO. ESO uses two-factor authorisation, any new computer that tries to log into your account requires verification through your email. It's a very safe system and I haven't heard/read of many people in eso experiencing loss of items to hacking.
