Crashing on character creation

Hello there,
I've tried to come back on TESO today after I stopped for a year or so...
I haven't changed my configuration since, just changed my OS, Windows 10 fresh install.
TESO is also freshly installed, so no addon, no particular setting.
I decided to create a new character, at some point in the character creation, the game craches, randomly I would say, when I change some settings on the face or body, I get a report with this details:
When I first started playing TESO (when it was released), I never had any crash of this kind, and my configuration is the same, so I'm not sure where it comes from...
Just in case, here is my config:
Core i7 3770K
8go RAM
GTX 660 Ti
