LUI Player Frame Help?!

Hello everyone. I am sure some of you use LUI, or some sort of add-on that changes the way player frames appear. Personally, I like how LUI looks with the frames, but I have this problem. I want the health, magicka and stamina bar to align horizontally and I cannot seem to get it to work. Can anyone help? Below are images to show what I want.

✭✭I wouldnt have a clue as to how to change the bars around. Maybe there's a mod in Minion that would help you with that.Download Minion and look through all the mods there.Unless you are on PS4.0
