Scrolling Combat Text - XB1

I've noticed some talk about SCT in the forum. I can't find the setting on Xbox1. Is it not available for consoles yet or am I completely missing it in the menu? If it's not available yet, is it coming for consoles? And when?

Thieves Guild DLC patch will give us the option to turn it on, for Xbox and PS.

you may want to take a read on the patch notes(if you havnt) there will be a lot of changes being made with the TG dlc
