Wrothgar World Boss Drops?

So I have a question, did the drops change on Wrothgar world bosses? I thought I could remember getting set piece drops from world bosses (I have a blue v16 briarheart helm I thought I got from a boss)
But it's been months since anything more than your standard v16 decon trash and soul gems.
Do they drop anything anymore?

And by vey rare I me a very rare I avage between 7 - 25 world bosses a week since Orsinium launched and have received 1 Orsinium set live drop.1 -

At least two weeks and I think Carthac the Abomoniation but I'm not 100% and it was a v15 drop on a v16 character.1 -
