I've ran into this same bug the last few days and its annoying as heck
I play as a Templar (what a surprise)
Issue: Sometimes when I try using skills they do not execute I play as a healer and if I do not heal in time people die so please fix this

I've had a similar experience. It seems to happen most frequently to me when interacting with menus or locked chests when someone else pulls. I cancel out of the dialog or menu and all of my skills are greyed out.

Been having the same problem in general, regardless of character. Usually when I check the FPS and Ping they seem ok, too.
Skills just don't go off, even mounting sometimes, also a delay after killing something before I can interact with the quest object or chest or node.

It does get frustrating when you go to loot something you just killed and instead of getting the loot...

You end up wasting your ultimate :'(

Careful they will close this thread so they dont have to respond with their same ol no eta bs. But why fix anything when they are still making money from the crown store.
