I have one toon I do crafter on he is a level 48 sorc I'm only level 10 in all crafting where or what do I do to get my crafting levels up? I also been doing good with my research as well.
Alchemy/Provisioning - Make items, the high the level the more Exp.
All others - De-construct items found or made by other players. In the case of enchanting de-constructing player made runes is much faster.
Note that you can make items on one character on your account and break it with another, otherwise you can have friends craft for you with your materials and then hand the items back to break down.
Researching gets longer the more items of that type you have researched so focus on good traits (infused, divines, nirnhoned, precise etc.) first. Leave the currently useless ones like Well Fitted and Exploration until the end.
ESO Plus subscription gives 10% better crafting experience (inspiration) and 10% reduction in research times.
There is also a champion point passive which improves inspiration gains

Equipment crafts: Decon everything you are not going to use for research. Doing writs gives you a little inspiration.
Provisioning and alchemy: Make food, drinks and potions. For alchemy, learn all the effects of each reagent. Do writs.
Enchanting: Decon all dropped glyphs. Learn the effects of each rune. Do writs.
For me, Enchanting is the hardest to level. It's the only one I don't have maxed yet. There are a bunch of guides out there, on these forums even, on how to level enchanting quickly.
Doing the writs doesn't give you a whole lot of inspiration, but it's worth doing them for the upgrade mats alone.
Also if you’ve got gold to spare buying high level ‘intricate’ gear or high level blue/purple glyphs from guild stores to deconstruct will make things go a lot faster.
