Stealth and invisibilty

So my understanding of stealth has been the following:

stealth: crouched

sneak: crouched and moving

invisibility: all of the above and not detected when moving in front of targets.

What I've been trying to determine is if you keep the invisibility/stealth damage bonus from the Khajiit racial while a werewolf. During some testing, my crit rate seemed pretty low, so right now I have to say the racial bonus isn't working for the physical damage aspect of pounce. It's not related to Dexterity, as it was before I even had that unlocked and it's not Pressure Points as this character is a sorc, not a nb.

The racial passives from khajiit is kind of bugged in the game.. Not sure if they have fixed them already but a month ago it was still broke and d idn't give you the crit buff.

Carnage, the bugged Khajiit passive will be fixed in Thieves Guild, but is broken on live.

As for sneak buffs and werewolves, I don't think that's possible for that passive to apply per the o.p. question. Popping werewolf pulls you out of stealth. While in werewolf form you cannot sneak.

The cp passive that grants invisibility when you kill someone with a heavy attack should work in ww form as well as potions. So in theory you could get the 10% damage buff, but it won't be part of an efficient build.

Shifting does pull you out of crouched stealth, however pots work just fine. That's what I'm trying to figure out. If the khajiit racial applies to invisibility pots while in ww and using pounce or any physical damage based attack. On paper there's no reason why it shouldn't. Racials apply, if invisibility works as I stated in my OP and I don't have that wrong, there should be a stealth bonus as well. I've been going back and forth between my sorc and nb trying to determine what class skills, racials and pots can buff ww. So far it's really murky and hard to test since there's such a short window of wolf for compared to normal testing. Class passives and racial passives apply, some skills apply if they're cast before shifting, but as I said, short testing window makes for difficult testing.

If I had some numbers from a non-Khajiit wolf, same level and gear, it'd save me leveling a third wolf just for comparison 0.o

pretty sure a lot of passives are bugged, I know on my nb, I do not see any effect from assassin's crit damage boost from when I have an assassin skill on bar and when I do not. as well as taking the ftc numbers for crit and noncrit hits and multiplying the noncrit times [1 + (.5 * 1.16) + .1] formula which is how I understand the assassin crit damage boost to work in the formula.

The Khajiit passive should only apply when you are stealthed. Using a potion will give you Invisibility status, but with not put you in stealth. You won't get the damage bonus from using a potion just like my Khajiit NB doesn't get the bonus after casting Cloak. Because I'm invisible but not technically stealthed. Does that make sense?

Not 100% on this but I think werewolf is its own thing. Separate action bars and werewolf passives only work in werewolf form. I only imagine it would be the same reversed. Khajiit passives wouldn't work in werewolf form. Werewolf passives used to work even when not in werewolf form, but it, like other things, got nerfed. But on a side note, a khajiit werewolf had to be a serious mind job for the khajiit. Kitties and puppies
