Weapon Tree XP on Quests

When turning in quests:

Would I get more dual wield XP if I have 5 dual wield skills slotted on my active bar, than if I only have 2.

yes, if I remember correctly it works like this... first skill on the bar gives 100% xp to that skill line, every skill after that adds something like 10% more xp

so 2 skills would give 110% xp, 5 skills 140% xp

Thanks. I'm lvl 46 with 2H, but now I've decided to level dual wield as well. Crafted a couple swords with training, but was wondering about the skill bar XP.

If I have a staff skill on my active bar when I turn in quests, but do not have a staff equipped, will I still get XP for that staff skill?

Never mind, just answered my own question. It appears, yes.
