Carrot Soup & Prov Advice

Hi,
I can't find the carrot soup recipe. Checked loads of guilds and couldn't see it. My eyes hurt from scouring green recipes. Any advice to getting it?
I'm Xbox1 Eu server & Daggerfall Cvnt. Level 46 provisioning.
And any advice for provisioning. I'm level 39 main character and wanna max my Prov and try & make money on it with the NPC traders.

Patience and keep looking, traders, but also crates, barels, anything...
I know it can be frustrating but... no worries, at the end you shall get it :-)

Or lvl up so it will be another set of recipes, if you have them...

Someone might just have the dish made in the guild store, so you can just buy those and use that for your writ.
