crashing when interacting with things.

Hi I am getting crashes randomly when interacting with things, npc's, doors, teleporting to a wayshrine.
I have the latest graphics drivers for my r9 280x.
Not sure if related or not, when I set full screen and select 2k res the bottom and right of the screen go black, this is a problem that only happens in eso as 2 works fine with all my other games, I can leave res at 2k and go in windowed full screen but the crashes still happen they also happen when in 1080p.

R1ckyDaMan✭✭✭✭Also running win 10 home 64bit.
I ran repair but that did not work so I completely uninstalled the game then redownloaded it all but the crashes still happen.
Oh and I am on the EU megaserver.Edited by R1ckyDaMan on February 24, 2016 11:32AM0 -
R1ckyDaMan✭✭✭✭Never mind, I think I solved the issue, when I uninstalled I only deleted the the zenimax folder in program files.
So I deleted the eso files in documents and then ran repair and all is ok now.0
