Redistributed Imperial Edition Digital Exclusive Content?

Greetings,
To the point of my inquiry, two hours ago I received in game mail gifting me the Imperial Edition Digital Exclusive Content that I already had since PC before I transferred my account/characters over to my Xbox One ESO edition. I know Xbox Live was having issues yesterday as I and a lot of others were running into errors stating we didn't own our games Digital or Physical copies of the games.
I know I didn't do anything to violate Code of Conduct and such for the game (i.e glitching, modding, hacking, cheating, etc.) to give me such a thing in game like that. I received this content about two hours ago (maybe three from me typing this out again after a sudden force quit from my web browser).
Here is my proof of what I mean:
Those were indeed taken today on my Xbox saved to my OneDrive.
I'm just confused by this and just wanted to give a heads up that this happened!
