Wrothgar fish broken

Skinned about a total of 2000 fish from wrothgar so far and have gotten 1 roe, and the time I got that I was already fishing elsewhere.

I usually get 1 roe per 150 fish

Something wrong here?

Not sure but I know i sometimes get two fish per cast in wrothgar.

Yeah. That's why I've been fishing there but I have a suspicion that it isn't intended and roe were hot fixed out of those fish...

I skinned I think it was 680 in wrothgar and got zero, second time was about 300- I won't fish there anymore. It has put me off fishing.

Edit: I will say that I didn't skin them in Wrothgar, for what it's worth. Maybe a bug involving skinning them in Wrothgar?

Thanks for the input smartass.

It's very odd considering fishing elsewhere nets me 1 per 150 on average. For it to suddenly skew so hard fishing exclusively from one zone only, something is odd. The 1 to 150 takes the rng in to account.

I've skinned a lot of fish. Sometimes I skin 40 and get 3 roe. Sometimes 300 and get 1. But from other zones.

I skinned mine in Wrothgar and have received a couple roe but not sure how many fish. Couldn't have been more than 100 I fish lazy ass, if I run across a hole while doing my surveys I will fish. and then when done with surveys I skin.

I have about 100 fish to skin right now but still working on it. I will try skinning an equal amount in wrothgar and some other area for luls.

You just had a bad run in with the RNG.

I just skinned almost 400 fish today from Wrothgar and IC and I got 4 roe out of it.

It's all rng mate.

I fished there last week using three lots of 400 crawlers per fishing session...

One run netted : 12 roes, the next 3 and the final one 10.

My ex gf gets on there and fishes for half an hour and gets 7 perfect roes on the regular. Lucky for me she just gives them to me to sell haha.

This is coming from someone who only fishes in wrothgar selling perfect roe at wholesale prices $100k for 11. Sells quicker than I can get to a wayshrine.

Maybe RNG, you have to wonder tho.
Let's review:

Wrothgar has a cool purple fish with a special achieve to catch.
Conditions for the fish are broken.
Zos fixes those conditions but breaks it so...
now we get double fish.
Zos fixes double fish...

so RNG or something else broken?

Hard to trust anymore.

The 2 fish per catch is a bug they said is getting fix. So get all of your fishing in.

Just got 4 roe from 200 or so wrothgar fish. Skinned them in Evermore. I am surprised it hasn't driven the price of roe down, although I use mine to make psijiic so it doesn't affect me. Happy to get all the fish I can while it is still bugged!

I got 3 from 33 fish very rng then the next day 2 from 306

I'll try skinning a good bunch in another zone and see what happens. If I don't get any roe I'll just chalk this one up to bullshorts.

For the millionth time. Computers can't generate a true random number. That is why there a streaks of extreme low and high success rates. Whatever program ZOS uses to try and generate a random number, on occasion breaks.

I think it is rng again yesterday I got 2 perfect roe from 231 fish, they was skinned in wrothgar too. My problem is gettin all the rare fish for the trophy.

Do you literally stand there and wait for a fish to be reeled in 231 times? You must spend hours fishing? Or am I missing something? I get bored after about 3 fish?
