Login failed. Anyone with the same problem?

Xbox one, Europe server. It just won't login! I tried na server too but nothing. The full message is: login failed. An unexpected internal error has occurred. Please contact customer service. I tried restarting the console but still nothing!

....This may sound dumb but.....are you wired?
If so, unplug and try using your xbox one wireless.....(hopefully it works for you as it has for many)

AND...my meme based on my feeling for Xbox Live right now...

Yeah they're investigating, it's either Xbox Live again or ZOS login servers but guessing from the past 24 hours I'm gonna put my money on Xbox Live causing it.

Same issue here but on the NA server. Tried unplugging, hard resetting and a full router restart. Still not working.

Tried connecting to the EU server and it gave the same error.

have you checked www.xbox.com/status

it will show you if there are any service issues at current

If u keep attempting to log in you will get in eventually. First time it took me 90 mins then 2nd time only 20 mins.
