Low Slash modificationings

Low slash is a pretty awesome skill, though you don't see it very often in favour of ransack/pierce armour because of its high cost (and rightly so). Though it would be nice if it wasn't so expensive to give classes that rely on weapon skills a little more variety (like stam sorcs/DKs).
Basically just remove the snare and lower the cost. That's it. It should still cost roughly the same amount as Surprise Attack, but at the moment it's even more costly than that.

Some do, yeah. I guess DKs can get away with it a bit more than stam sorcs because of the resource sustain benefits. It does have additional benefits which is why it shouldn't be cheap like puncture, but if they removed the snare you could probably safely lower the cost to around the same as SA.0
