ESO Plus not working

For some reason it's not allowing me to go to the IC and second when I try opening the ESO plus window it gives me an error, platform is Xbox one is it just me?

How are you trying to get to the IC? Are you a member of an Alliance Campaign? You need that before you can go there.

Now, something to try to avoid the campaign stuff is see if you can travel to one of the group dungeons there as you don't need to be in a campaign for that.

Nope it's all blacked out when I try viewing the ESO plus page where you purchase it, it gives me an error could this be linked?

try logging out anc back in it happens from time to time

if on console hard restart and then try again it should fix the issue

You should not need to purchase it or enable it or anything like that. It should just be. If you have ESO Plus, you have access. On my game, on the PC, in the Crown Store, Imperial City and Wrothgar are greyed out as I have them already.

Can you get to Wrothgar?

in the character screen does it show eso+ as a buff?


If not I would definitely contact support or tag a dev if you in fact still have time on it. If on XBOX I know you can check your subscriptions at Microsoft.com and if it is there it will show up as active. im sure there is something similar for PS4 but idk about pc.

No my dad just checked on Microsoft and it says it renews on the 10th March

So you can't get to Wrothgar?

And your character sheet says ESO Plus as one of the Bonuses?

Try the logging off and this time power down the console and unplug it to clear any caches (there is a way to do this without powering it down) and try it again and see if you see the Bonus under your character, and if you do, see if you can travel to wrothgar. If there is no wayshrine way to do that, go to your first town in you alliance and see if an NPC runs up to you to talk about the Ambassador.

I just checked the current network status and there are 2 issues

• Purchase and Content Usage
• Xbox live core services

I imagine this is the problem..?

Hey, right now Xbox Live has issues so any digital game, DLC, or digital purchases aren't working.

This would include ESO Plus

this would make sense I am at work and didn't know there was an issue with xbox live. so this would be why you are unable to access it at the moment. hopefully it will be up soon
