That doesn't looks like the Phoenix bug. This templar felt never under 205 hp. 4-5 Times at 205 *** but never 0. Strange, really strange

The biggest thing I got from this video is just a DPS who insists on spamming damage and doing nothing else, not even a CC, trying to kill a templar healer. I would have deleted the footage from my harddrive rather than post it for public consumption.
If I see the same player CCed and take damage without being give the opportunity to keep spamming breath of life and still doesn't die, then I buy that this player needs to be nerfed.

I agree on the dmg spamming, but at 29 seconds just looking at the built in health bar on the player there's no way someone is legitimately surviving that. A steel tornado at <5% hp is insta death. The healing from bats is no where near enough to sustain nado spam in execute range. I was also suspicious later in the fight after they jump off the cliff towards the back of the LM - the OP hopped halfway down and the templar just legit jumped and still didn't die from fall dmg.
Yes, the add-ons are deceiving and not always accurate (cough cough FTC +120 players killed when there were 15 there in the fight and you just haven't reset the counter within the last 10 minutes), but this video makes it look like there is indeed a bug or exploit, again.
