Since magelight can lock out skills, and a potion and not be CC I think negate player should act like NPCs, no CC break and you have to stay out of stupid and it consistently dispels AOEs. come on unlike magelight/flare negate is an ultimate and an expensive one at that and is it THAT hard for people to stay out of stupid? if you apply logic like this at least apply skill locking abilities consistently. side note: perhaps change the color based on alliance like standard.
