YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Became a vampire lv 5 :D

I created a new character, and the first thing I did was grab my horse, and head to the vampire shrine. Received a bite in 5 seconds (thank you kind strangers on PS4) and managed to become a vampire in maybe twenty minutes,at lv 5 (I didnt check the time but I had to wait a lot for the mobs to respawn). I used the same method that everybody uses at low levels:

It was easier than I expected, and now I am almost dancing around of happiness xD I have another vampire but with her I got bit at around lv 17 if I am not mistaken so that was very easy.

I used a lv 3 heavy armor from Varen, (I think) some light pants, and a lv 3 bow, so it is definitely possible to become a vampire at a very low lv. However it still doesnt make much sense since at a low lv your vampire skills level up VERY SLOWLY, but if that is not important to you and you just want to bite people around (like me) then definitely give it a try

Grats, now enjoy being a vamp without any bonus with the weaknesses until you get to around mid-high 30's

Nice job! The lowest I got vampire was lvl 9, so props to you!

Your pics remind me of how bothersome it is that the vampire skin removes the character's makeup though.

I couldnt agree more it bothers me a lot as well, I thought that by adding the heaviest makeup, they would leave it at least a tiiinnnnyyyyyy bit more visible, but not really

The lowest level I did it on was my lvl 11 Sorc but I stopped playing her and leveled another Sorc instead it's funny though how it's doable on such a low level, especially at lvl 5! some may disagree but that just goes to show how easy the difficulty is outside of instances.

I agree, I find PvE very easy to be honest, for me ESO is more like the play to relax kind of game! You can finish missions above your level very easily with different tactics! PvP is another story, at least for me .

I've done this on two characters as well but because Vampire levels so slowly (since it's assumed you'll be getting it in your 40s) it was a looong time before I could use most skills and any of the passives. I did it for the RP value though, and it was cool doing the starter islands as a vampire.

This is my other vampire lady I love her but I need to let her get at stage 2 or 3 vampirism so that she looks cooler lel.

I really wish zenimax would first open the long promised barber shop and make a few vampire skins, or allow us to overlay makeup on top of our vampires. I understand the skin tone, after all vampires are not healthy beach going people, but even a vampire can apply lipstick ;___;

I remember 2 months after launch, i gave a level 11 a werewolf bite from my Sorc and told him that the mobs would wipe him at that level. Any how, he went into the portal and jumped back out 5 minutes later. I fell off the chair i was sitting on.

I dont know what kind of skills werewolves have, are they similar to the vampires? And also are they good for magika based characters? I thought I would have to have a close combat, stamina based character for it to work, for example a wood elf nightblade, so I am happy to read you have a sorcerer!

Same here, I only did it because I have so much fun being a vampire and role playing (alone because chat social anxiety sucks xD).
I was worried about my first vampire as I would level up normally but the vmp skill line would barely move at all, and I googled it and learned its normal so I was a bit sad about that as I didnt even unlock the second skill yet and I am lv 25, have the first vmp skill always active, and use it constantly.
But I might make any new characters into vampires since I am having so much fun playing as one! Also at lv 17, the drain essence skill damage made me feel invincible!

Well, I have done it at level 3, I find it possibly more better to do the quest while at 3 to level five because when you die you can just rez right there and then try again making the quest easier to do. Maybe harder to do but basically saves you time.
