At vet level 4 am I missing where gear sets are?

Aside from crafting and I don't know much about where to get certain gear sets most builds I see have or read about here but am I mi or read about here but should I have been able to find some of the sets by this time or is that for later on in vet ranks. For instance the Magnus set is that crafted or is that in a dungeon somewhere that I just haven't found. I just have a various amounts of different pieces of gear in my inventory. Haven't found anything great yet.

^ this to sort your crafted gear then trawl the guild traders to complete jewellery sets and other sets. You'll end up with a mix of crafted and dropped sets to get what you want. Crafted can be made to any level, dropped gear is set to certain levels.

Thanks guys, I read the links and finally understand why people use two pieces of this and 3 pieces of that for whatever they need. I just have to find it now lol or craft it.
