When do we get the camel mouny?

I was wondering when the camel mount came out since ive seen lots of pics of it and i really badly want to have a camel mount i already have a painted brown horse but i dont mind having two mounts if one is a camel mount.

Oh btw sidequestion: if i raise stamina to 40 do i get more armor on my horse than if its 20 and also 20 speed?

I'm guessing just before Thieves Guild, and yes you get more armor the higher you go. Speed gives you like a leather thing on the back, and capacity give syou bags

Can someone provide images on the levels of armor difference from 20 to 40 and same with speed leather 20- to 40 difference?

Would be super swell.
